武术进校园背景下高校武术课程SWOT-PEST分析

摘要：随着“武术进校园”工程以及体教结合、弘扬传统文化等一系列相关战略的实施，大学阶段武术教育是实现社会主义核心价值观育人目标和弘扬中国传统文化的有效载体。本文采用 SWOT—PEST 综合模型法、文献资料法、归纳演绎法，以政治、经济、社会和技术四大宏观因素为基础，综合高校武术课自身优势(S) 和劣势(W)，以及机遇(O) 和威胁(T)，分析出高校武术课程发展中面临的突出问题和发展机遇。根据国家相关政策导向和学校人才培养需求，针对高校武术课程设置、教师队伍建设、课堂教学改革和赛事开展四方面提出对策建议，以期对新时代下高校武术课健康可持续发展提供一点学理助力。

SWOT-PEST analysis of martial arts courses in colleges and universities under the background of martial arts entering campus

Abstract：With the implementation of a series of related strategies such as the ‘martial arts into the campus ’ project, the combination of sports and education, and the promotion of traditional culture, martial arts education at the university level is an effective carrier to achieve the goal of educating people with socialist core values and promote Chinese traditional culture. This paper uses SWOT-PEST comprehensive model method, literature method, inductive deduction method, based on the four macro factors of politics, economy, society and technology, and synthesizes the advantages (S) and disadvantages (W), opportunities (O) and threats (T) of martial arts courses in colleges and universities, and analyzes the outstanding problems and development opportunities faced in the development of martial arts courses in colleges and universities. According to the relevant national policy guidance and the needs of school personnel training, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the four aspects of college martial arts curriculum, teacher team construction, classroom teaching reform and event development, in order to provide some theoretical help for the healthy and sustainable development of college martial arts courses in the new era.
