嵌入立德树人视角的中国优秀体育传统文化在高校的传承与发展

摘要：中国优秀体育传统文化是中华民族精神命脉的重要载体，也是高校落实“立德树人”根本任务的宝贵资源。本文通过文献资料法与逻辑分析法，深入阐释了中国优秀体育传统文化的内涵与时代价值，系统剖析了其在培养大学生道德品质、涵育社会主义核心价值观及坚定文化自信方面的作用机制。在此基础上，提出了从课程渗透、通识教育、校园文化熏陶到跨界融合、国际交流及特色资源挖掘的“六位一体”传承路径。研究旨在通过理论创新与实践探索，推动中华优秀体育传统文化在高校教育中的创造性转化与创新性发展，为构建“五育并举”的育人体系提供理论支撑与实践范式。

The Inheritance and Development of China’s Excellent Traditional Sports Culture in Universities from the Perspective of Embedding the Moral Education Concept of ’Fostering Virtue and Nurturing Talent

Abstract：China’s excellent traditional sports culture serves as an important carrier of the spiritual lifeline of the Chinese nation and constitutes a valuable resource for implementing the fundamental task of “fostering virtue and nurturing talent”in universities. Through the methods of literature review and logical analysis, this paper deeply expounds the connotation and contemporary value of China’s excellent traditional sports culture, and systematically analyzes its mechanisms in cultivating college students’ moral qualities, nurturing the core socialist values, and strengthening cultural confidence. On this basis, a “six-in-one” inheritance pathway is proposed, encompassing curriculum integration, general education, campus cultural immersion, cross-disciplinary integration, international exchange, and the exploration of distinctive resources. The study aims to promote the creative transformation and innovative development of China's excellent traditional sports culture in higher education through theoretical innovation and practical exploration, thereby providing theoretical support and practical paradigms for constructing an education system that emphasizes the simultaneous development of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor education.
